You need to hold a valid licence to be allowed to use them. the License can be obtained by following a training that includes a workshop and six week-end sessions.
The license is valid one year. All teaching licences are reviewed on a yearly basis.Prerequisites to apply for a Stretching Postural licence are: A physical education degree, a medical degree, a dance degree or any other degree with at least one year study in anatomy and physiology.
