Stretching Postural® and its logo are trademarks.
You need to hold a valid licence to be allowed to use them. The license can be obtained by undertaking a training that comprises a 5-day workshop and six week-end sessions.
The license is valid for one year. All teaching licences are reviewed on a yearly basis. Prerequisites for applying for a Stretching Postural licence are: a physical education degree, a medical degree, a dance degree or any other degree with at least one year's study in anatomy and physiology.
