The Stretching Postural® aims to encourage a tonic regulation thanks to voluntary stretches and deep muscular contractions.

It is a global technique that gives free rein to the interpretation of sensations and emotions in order to act on multiple organic functions.
Both a posture and a Stretching Postural® session have to follow a precise methodology.

The correct achievement of a posture depends on the rigor of the investment and on the correct use of the means.

The principles of Stretching Postural®

  • a global static technique assured by specific breathings
  • sessions and postures anre punctuated by specific keywords
  • only the means of actions are given, not the goals
  • Stretching Postural® is accessible to everyone because there is no performance, nor model, nor competition
  • the breathings are specific:
    - a small breathing during the posture
    - a big breathing at every end of posture
    - a big soft breathing at the end of session

  • - the work itself is varied, it includes:
    - pur stretches
    - muscular contractions on pre-stretched fibres
  • During the nuscular contraction,the tonic fibres are first involved. During a posture, an inner a spatial vigilance is always requiered, which creates a body and mind unity. The voice of the teacher stimulates and accentuates the intensity of the work.

  • Stretching postural® is a corporeal technique.
    Once experienced, it allows one's body and mind to push its limits further, according to his own desire.
